- referring candidates only after receiving the candidates' express prior consent
- never discriminating in the provision of our services on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, religion, sex, marital status, handicap, age or any other legally proscribed criteria
- never referring a candidate to a client until he or she has been personally interviewed, screened and determined appropriate as a referral to the client
- treating confidential information relating to the client and candidate accordingly
- never withholding employer or candidate information which would reasonably be considered essential to a client's or candidate's hiring decision
- providing candidates and clients with the most accurate information known to us
